Tokyo, Here We Come...!!!

At first, we wanted to take the night bus from the university straight to Tokyo Disneyland. But when we realised that we had to board the bus right after breaking our fast and would only reach Tokyo Disneyland at 9:20 am, we decided to take the Shinkansen. Idhamu-san did not like the idea of break-fasting and having our sahur on the bus, too. Besides, Neesa chan would definitely make a lot of noise during the 14 hour journey. The shinkansen fare was slightly higher than the bus (eventhough we do not have to pay for Neesa chan, unlike the bus fare) but the idea of reaching Tokyo in about 4 hours made us chose the bullet train.
So, I came back from Sansara earlier that afternoon and prepared some food for break fast. After Maghrib, we left our apartment and walked to the train station. Our journey from there was a breeze since we had bought the tickets and checked the train timetable on the net earlier.

There was a slight hiccup when we reached Shinjuku station. Little did we know that the subway to Wakamatsu-kawada stopped operating after 12:20 am. We would have managed to catch the last train if Neesa chan did not have to go to the toilet. So, there we were trying to look for a taxi stand. We were on an escalator heading towards the west exit when a Japanese girl approached us and offered her help. She then took us to the taxi stand and even secured us a taxi before saying goodbye. Thank goodness for her coz some of the taxi drivers were rude and refused to take us to our destination as the place was unfamiliar to them. If a local was treated like that, what more us the gaijins aka makhluk asing di bumi Nihon.... I just could not understand why the taxi drivers refused to take us there as all the taxis are equipped with GPRS. Just key in the address, la.... Saje nak memburukkan imej pemandu teksi di negara sendiri. Isyyy.. geramnya!!!
Anyway, we reached Jai's place safely 10 minutes later. We headed straight to bed fully aware that we needed to recharge our body for another adventure the following day...
