The New Beginning

Day 1
Appointment at the Ward Office. Registered Neesa chan at one of the schools. We chose Waseda Elementary School, which is a mere 7 mins walk from our apartment.According to the officer, we had to go to the particular school for an interview.Since Goto-san, Idhamu-san's assistant cum our interpreter would not be available on the next day, we had to settle for Monday.

Went grocery shopping and ordered halal food online. (I am thankful that Idhamu-san had furnished the apartment with everything else:) pandai plak dia shopping. ngeehhh~)

Day 2
As Idhamu-san had to work today, we stayed at home and waited for the delivery of the things we had purchased earlier. (heran tul dgn org jepon nih, barang dari satu kedai tapi deliver hari lain2, bole?)

Mak Tok, Reina chan , Neesa chan and I took the liberty to explore the surrounding area in the afternoon. And guess what? I think we had found Neesa chan's school! Yatta!!)

Day 3
Went on a shopping spree.. Hmmm.. it was indeed my kind of day.
Had dinner with the whole family at Restoran Rasa Malaysia. Ordered spicy food (thinking that it will be a while for spices and dried chillies to arrive)

Off to Dissunirando.

Day 5
It was raining when we headed off to Waseda Elementary School for the interview. Neesa chan was thrilled to see the school and her teacher, Harada sensei. According to the school, Neesa can start school as soon as she is ready. Since we needed to get a few(?!?) stuffs, we decided that Wednesday would be a good day to start school.

Day 6
Went to the Ward Office again to get Neesa chan's certificate, which she has to submit on her first day of school. After that, I went shopping for all the things she would be needing - small towel, medium-sized towel, floor towel, bag for towel, school shoes, bag for school shoes, bag for gym clothes, bento box, thermos, bag for bento, clips for towel, folder for 'tanpopo', cushion pad for chair cum pad for earthquake, 5 2B pencils, 1 red pencil, 16 crayons, 12 colour pencil, scissors, crayon, glue, box-type pencil case.. bla...bla..bla....
